Rental Process
1. Delivery and Set-Up: Our team will arrive before your party at your chosen location to set up. For Inflatable rentals, we kindly ask that the area you've selected is dry and relatively clean. An electrical outlet is needed for the inflatable blower. We will bring extension cords up to 200ft.
2. Operational Instructions: As we set up, we'll provide you with easy-to-follow instructions on how to use our system. If you have any questions, feel free to ask our team. Someone will always be available to help!
3. Usage: During your party, you don't have to stick close to the transmitters. Our headsets have a range of 200 yards and can be used both indoors and outdoors. Guests will also have volume control and three channels of personalized music that will play simoultaniously and can be changed with the click of a button.
4. Return: After your party ends, our crew will efficiently deflate the tent, conduct a quick inventory, and pack up. That's it!
About Us
We are a family-owned business located in Hartville, OH who during a family vacation went to our first Silent Disco. It was so much fun that when we got back home we wanted to throw one ourselves. While trying to make that happen we learned:
1. Silent Discos were primarily only offered in the club culture
2. Renting equipment was both expensive and complicated.
Despite the challenges, we were determined to share our newfound fun with family and friends, and now, long story short, Silent Disco Rental was born!

What is a Silent Disco?
A Silent Disco is a dance party heard through unique wireless headphones that offer three choices of music at the same time. The sides of the headsets have LED lights that change color to indicate channel choice. Something about the headphone experience often makes people feel relaxed and is very different from the typical dance floor experience.
How Does it work?
Devices that store digital audio are connected to three separate transmitters. These transmitters uniquely connect via bluetooth to each headset. Headsets are then able to be switched between each of the three songs at any time. LED lights on the outside of each headset glow either blue, red, or green, to indicate the channel being played.
Who Can Host a Silent Disco?
We offer playlists for adults and children. We have had small Silent Discos in just our living room and had a great time, but we also recommend them for: youth groups, birthdays, school dances, graduation parties, fundraisers, reunions, churches, weddings, and holidays to name a few.
